Of course, just as I report he is faltering, Neil Mullen pulls out a 12 point day to re-open the gap at the top of the Overall League table to 7 points. Neil finished with correctly guessing USA 2 Bosnia 0 to become the first to hit 14 correct scores. Only two topped Neil on the day, Jonathan Liu and Oliver Willingham share the Manager of the Day trophy with 14 points. 7 points are enough to take Richard Hancy top of the Knockout Stage League, a point ahead of both Mike Moore and Ben Brown, with Gary Pearson a point further back after hitting 10.

Late drama yet again. 4 points for Neil Mullen with 2 for the draw plus 2 for Belgium qualifying after extra time. Neil provisionally moves 7 points clear with Ryan Keenan moving up to 2nd, however I’ve noticed an oddity with a couple of Ryan’s predictions and will be checking the log files later to validate them.
Jonathan Liu has the maximum 12 points from today’s two so far and is up 30 places to 4th in the Knockout Stage League. Richard Hancy is top, a point ahead of Mike Moore and Ben Brown.

2 points for most, 3 for some and 11 collect the full 5 points. 3 for Neil Mullen increases his lead by a point to 5. 3 for Richard Hancy sees him up to 2nd with all the rest of the top nine scoring 2 points. Callum Cooper is back in the top 10, the highest to get it spot on.
Richard Hancy takes over top spot in the Knockout Stage League. 2 points for Mike Moore sees him slip to 2nd. Ben Brown is the highest in this one to get the correct score and climbs to 3rd. Ben and Richard have the most spot-ons in the Round of 32 with four.
