WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
While you are visiting our web site we may collect:

If you register to take part in one of our competitions through our web sites, we will also collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your password, which is securely stored in encrypted form
We do NOT use cookies stored on your devices to capture any information and we do not track anything you do outside of using our web site (other than how you arrived at our site). Information we store is only tracked while you visit our web sites.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use information relating to your visits to our web sites (IP address, pages visited etc) to enable us to improve our web sites and competitions, and to provide an enhanced service to our registered users – for example proactively assisting a user who has unsuccessfully attempted to login.
If you register for one of our competitions, we use your personal information to communicate with you by email regarding the competition you have entered. With your consent we may also email you to invite you to enter other competitions. If you give us permission, we may also send you marketing emails regarding other web sites with which we have an affiliate arrangement.
We will never provide your information to any other party unless we are required to by law.

HOW DO YOU DECIDE HOW YOU WANT TO HEAR FROM US?
If you register for one of our competitions you accept that it is a necessary part of the service to be able to make contact with you, and as such you will receive email relating to the competitions you have entered until such time as you decide to withdraw yourself from the competitions.
When you register for one of our competitions, you will have the option to accept additional communication from us by email – to be kept up to date with other competitions, and/or to accept marketing emails from us.

UPDATING AND/OR ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you choose to change your preferences at any time you can notify us by email. You have the right to obtain access to the personal data that we hold about you. If you wish to do so please contact us by email.

STORAGE AND REMOVAL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any information you provide is stored within the UK or EU.
We will not store your information longer than we are required to do so for the provision of a service to you. So we will keep your information while you are a registered user, either through your active participation in one of our competitions or through your contact preferences allowing us to email you.
If you choose to be removed from all communications, we will delete your data within 5 working days.
