The best you could have done on Day 30 is 15 points - correctly predicting 1-1 in normal time for both matches, with England and Argentina to ultimately progress. Two managers did get both scores spot-on, but both failed with their 'to qualify' guesses. 11 points therefore for Daniel Eldering and James Pierson who share Manager of the Day. Neil Mullen continues to top our Overall League table - over the day he lost a point on Nick Mullen so the gap is now 5 points, Nick pushing Ryan Keenan down to 3rd.
Just 4 points for Jonathan Liu but his lead at the top of the Knockout Stage League nevertheless grows from 2 points to 4, with Jeff Norton scoring just 2 for the day. The chasing pack fail to take advantage, with no-one that started the day inside the top 17 scoring more than 4. Rosemary Guargena's 10 point day sees her up a massive 20 places to 3rd, proving that plenty of us are still in with a shot of taking the Knockout Stage League title with four games to play.

ARGENTINA 1 SWITZERLAND 1 (3-1 AET)
8 points for this one if you had the correct score plus Argentina to qualify. That's just three of us and two were randoms. Six take 6 points for the correct score but not having Argentina to progress. 4 points for three while most of us (86) scored 2 points. 38 leave with nothing.
No more than 2 points for anyone in our top 20 except Roisin Guargena (4). With the vast majority on 2, Nick Mullen was the only one anywhere near our top to score zero. It means Neil Mullen is back to 5 points ahead of Nick, Ryan Keenan 3 points further back and Roisin doing her best to hang on in there, 6 behind Ryan.
In the Knockout Stage League, no-one in our top 20 scored more than 2 points. Rosemary Guargena's prediction of the 1-1 sees her rocket up to 3rd place - it would be 2nd if Rosemary had picked Argentina to progress. Alex Abbas was the only predicting manager to pick up all 8 points and is up 17 places to 24th.
