Predict The Scores

DAY 14 - WEDNESDAY JUNE 24th
Six games in a day for the first time. David Elliston takes full advantage, taking the Manager of the Day trophy with 20 points. Two spot-on including 7 points for South Africa's win, David is up 42 places to 38th. John Horgan hit 17 with randoms, while third best for the day is Mike Fischer with 16 points. Neil Mullen scored 4 points, the lowest of anyone that started the day in the top 15. After beginning the day with a 10 point gap to 2nd, Neil now has five managers within 10 points and Mike is just 2 points behind.

CZECHIA 0 MEXICO 3, SOUTH AFRICA 1 SOUTH KOREA 0
A 6-pointer for the three that predicted Mexico to win 0-3, and a 7-pointer for the two on South Africa's 1-0 win. 9 points across the two took David Elliston's daily total to a huge 20 points. A lot of teams scored zero, 2 points for Mexico and -2 for South Korea losing. Our leader, Nick Mullen, however, had a draw for Czechia vs Mexico and loses 2 points on most of his rivals. The gap to Mike Fischer in 2nd is now just 2 points.

SCOTLAND 0 BRAZIL 3, MOROCCO 4 HAITI 2
4 points for Neil Mullen from these two. Mike Fischer, Roisin Guargena and Callum Cooper all move one point closer, while Richard Bounds moves up to 5th with 8 points from these two games. Mike Collyer is also on the way back up with 13 points today so far, 7 more than our leader.

BOSNIA 3 QATAR 1, SWITZERLAND 2 CANADA 1
A cracking couple of hours for Mike Fischer, who got both of these scores bang on the nose. The only one to do so, Mike takes 11 points - the Bosnia win was worth 1 bonus point. With the three teams above him scoring 2 points, Mike roars right into the middle of that gap between Neil Mullen and Roisin Guargena. Neil's lead is halved to 5 points, Mike now 2nd and 5 points ahead of Roisin. Jeff Norton slips a place to 4th. Callum Cooper scored 6 points and is up to 5th, Oliver Willingham is up to 6th with 7 points from these two.
